Every session is a breakthrough waiting to happen. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Milemarkers Therapy, you'll lead the design and delivery of individualized ABA programs that transform lives — from conducting assessments and building Behavior Intervention Plans to mentoring your RBT team and partnering with families.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Provide direct ABA therapy across clinic, community, and telehealth settings

Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Monitor client data and adjust programs based on clinical outcomes

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Participate in PCSP processes and coordinate with support coordinators

Pursue continuing education relevant to your caseload

Complete all clinical documentation within required payer and organizational timeframes

Ensure documentation is objective, measurable, and reflects sound clinical reasoning

Review, approve, and co-sign RBT session notes within one week of service

Maintain compliance with BACB, DDD, HIPAA, and internal quality standards

Submit incident reports by the next business day when applicable

Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and company culture initiatives

Stay responsive via Microsoft Teams and email daily

Requirements:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB

Active Arizona BCBA license in good standing
-
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Minimum one year of ABA experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

Must be at least 21 years of age

Eligible for a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-
CPR, First Aid, and Article 9 certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
-
Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians in a clinical setting

Familiarity with ABA data systems (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink)
-
Experience with Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) programs
-
Bilingual — English/Spanish
