Job Overview

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency across environments
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient care, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure all interventions adhere to ethical standards and best practices in behavioral health and special education
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and patient assessment procedures
- Ability to conduct behavioral health assessments and coordinate intake processes effectively
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient privacy

Pay: $93,738.99 - $112,889.97 per year
