Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Tiny Notes is an arts-based, inclusive program that offers center-based ABA therapy for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other varying developmental needs. We combine a fun learning environment with individualized instruction to improve our students' lives and engagement.

Tiny Notes Music and Movement is looking for a full-time team member with a minimum of a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis. Candidates require an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are excited to have you join our multi-disciplinary therapy center where we embrace collaboration! Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

• Provide supervision of behavior technicians as they work with clients
• Implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs for children
• Provide instruction on: Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching techniques, management of challenging behaviors, child development, and data collection techniques applicable to the clients.

Admin Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• ABA Staff & New Hire Trainings
• Data collection platform & Session note management
• Help managing schedules for Clients and staff
• Assist in ABA operations calendar (FBA’s Schedules/ Caseload assignments)
• Treatment Plan Schedule - 30 days before the end of the plan
• Meet a total minimum of 30 Billable Hours & 10 Admin Hours weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
