About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, caregiver training, and supervision of behavior technicians while delivering individualized, evidence-based services that make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
Deliver caregiver training and family support
Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and community partners
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and treatment integrity
Stay current on evidence-based ABA practices and industry standards
Requirements
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
Commitment to ethical, high-quality care and positive outcomes
