Full-Time Position


Rehab for All, Behavior & Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA clinic team in Colorado Springs, CO.

This role is part of a hybrid service model, which includes both in-clinic responsibilities and other clinical service components. Candidates must be local to Colorado Springs and able to work on-site at our facility as part of their regular schedule.


Compensation

  • $85,000 – $100,000 annual salary (DOE)

Essential Functions

The BCBA will work closely with the Director of ABA Services and a multidisciplinary team of Behavior Technicians and Program Coordinators to provide high-quality ABA services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and standardized assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland)
  • Develop individualized treatment goals, objectives, and behavior intervention plans
  • Oversee implementation and integrity of data collection systems and treatment plans
  • Analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and guide clinical decision-making
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Program Coordinators
  • Conduct caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation
  • Maintain regular supervision and oversight of assigned caseload
  • Collaborate with the Director of ABA Services regarding client progress and clinical concerns
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation, reports, and treatment updates
  • Provide consistent oversight of service delivery across assigned cases

Knowledge & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Social Work, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
  • Strong experience in ABA service delivery across home, community, or clinic settings
  • Experience in staff training, supervision, and program development
  • Proficiency in ABA methodologies including DTT, NET, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction strategies
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and responsibilities effectively

Equipment & Tools

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Basic office and clinical documentation systems
Requirements:


Certifications & Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification (required)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (required or obtainable upon hire)
  • PCM certification (preferred or as required by program standards)
  • Ability to meet physical demands including sitting, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
