• Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
• Caseload: 10 clients
• Supervision: 10-15 RBTs
• Bonus structure for billable hours above 25

Active Minds Behavior Health is a locally owned ABA provider committed to compassionate, collaborative care. Our clinical team works closely together to support children and families through high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinic in McAllen, TX.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with ABA clinical standards and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Texas licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Early intervention experience preferred
