Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Location: Long Beach / Southeast LA County

Job Summary:
At Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to children with ASD and related conditions in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community
Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for clients
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based treatments to continuously improve client outcomes
Requirements:
MASTERS degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) certification
No years of experience required (entry-level candidates welcome to apply!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Compassionate and patient approach to working with children and families
What We Offer:
$90,000 - $105,000 ANNUALLY, based on experience and qualifications
