Job Location: Long Beach / Southeast LA County

“This role serves clients throughout the Long Beach / Southeast LA County within a 25-mile radius of 90802 (Long Beach).”

Job Summary:

At Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to children with ASD and related conditions in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community

  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for clients

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services

  • Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based treatments to continuously improve client outcomes

Requirements:

  • MASTERS degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field

  • BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) certification

  • No years of experience required (entry-level candidates welcome to apply!)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Compassionate and patient approach to working with children and families

What We Offer:
