Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Brighter Strides ABA team in a clinic-based leadership role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy, with a focus on improving the lives of children with developmental disabilities. This role involves overseeing clinical operations within the clinic, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary BCBA overseeing clinical services within a clinic-based setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavior technicians and other clinical staff within the clinic.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and healthcare providers, to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions to support client progress.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Support clinic operations by ensuring clinical quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a clinic-based setting or clinical leadership role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation practices.
  • A commitment to providing compassionate care and improving client outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
