Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-CLINICAL DIRECTOR

All Together LBA is seeking a Clinical Director with a commitment to the art of applied behavior analysis to join the team! As the Clinical Director, you would provide strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for ABA services delivered to children and families in home-based settings. This role serves as the primary clinical leader and is accountable for service quality, client progress, staff development, and the integrity of clinical and professional practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related discipline
• Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory BCBA experience
• Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate with families, manage operations, and enforce compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
