Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Position

Job Summary:

Little Acorn ABA is seeking a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Edgewater, OH. As a BCBA Hybrid Position, you will have the opportunity to work with our team of professionals to provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients

  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions as needed

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of program goals and objectives

  • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification: Must be a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification

  • Master's Degree: Must hold a Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Educational Psychology)

  • Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities preferred

  • Licensure: Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio (if applicable)
