Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA I-V)

The Sunshine Academy at Tulsa Sunshine Center, is seeking a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Level 1-5 to join our clinic-based team in Broken Arrow, OK. We are a locally owned private clinic that has been in business since 2008. Given our excellent reputation locally, we have a steady flow of new ABA clients, and our RBT turnover is low. We are ran efficiently, making day to day business drama free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
• Oversee a client load of 8-10, ensuring high-quality, clinic-based ABA services.
• Maintain 10% supervision requirements while focusing on ethical and effective interventions.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Document progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Only 25 billable hours per week required, allowing ample time for administrative tasks, professional development, and personal well-being.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinic-based setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional growth.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 8-10 clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-Time Competitive salary range: $83,000 - $117,000 annually (including monthly bonus income potential).
• Generous paid time off: 21-29 days per year.
