Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA (Part-Time AND Full-Time Options!)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and clinical guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Analyze data and adjust programs to ensure meaningful client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide parent training and ongoing family support.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, funder requirements, and company standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical trainings.

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) BCBAs are highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Elk Grove, CA
