What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision and clinical guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Analyze data and adjust programs to ensure meaningful client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide parent training and ongoing family support.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, funder requirements, and company standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical trainings.
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards.
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) BCBAs are highly encouraged to apply.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes.
