Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Central Los Angeles. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and related disorders
Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, ensuring high-quality services are delivered
Coordinate and collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and teachers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients
Develop and maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions
Provide ongoing training and supervision to junior staff members
Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Experience working with children with autism and related disorders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with evidence-based practices and ABA therapy methods
Compensation:
Annual salary: $90,000 - $105,000
