Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) [REMOTE W/ SOME TRAVEL]

Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working remotely with some travel opportunities! In this vital role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans to support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will empower clients to achieve meaningful progress while collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. This position offers a flexible work environment combined with the excitement of occasional travel to ensure personalized care and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collect and analyze data rigorously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate services and facilitate consistent intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing occasional travel for client visits or team meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders including families, educators, and healthcare professionals.

  • Current active VA LBA Required

The caseload will be remote but if you reside in VA and are open to conducting initial assessments, those are done in person! Richmond, VA area BCBAs highly encouraged to apply!

Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
