Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' behavioral needs and challenges.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor their effectiveness through data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral health practices and interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct regular patient assessments to evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices in your work.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Knowledge of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience with functional behavioral assessment and behavior intervention plan development and implementation
- Experience working with children with special needs and understanding of IDEA and relevant state laws and regulations.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
