Position Summary

We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, combining both in-person and remote responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and document client progress using data-driven strategies
• Balance on-site client visits with remote planning and supervision

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to hybrid work environments
