Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Clinical Director

Job Summary
We are a growing, clinic-based ABA provider seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director - BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to help be a part of our expansion and build and shape a team at our location in the greater Atlanta area.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the leader of our center
• Supervise, coach and mentor BCBA's
• Drive team performance, culture, and outcomes
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers
• Guiding tours with prospective client families

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong experience in center-based ABA
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, intake assessments, and patient assessments within a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and electronic medical records systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise clinical staff effectively while promoting teamwork.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with families, healthcare providers, educators, and team members.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
