Job Summary
We are a growing, clinic-based ABA provider seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director - BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to help be a part of our expansion and build and shape a team at our location in the greater Atlanta area.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the leader of our center
- Supervise, coach and mentor BCBA's
- Drive team performance, culture, and outcomes
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers
- Guiding tours with prospective client families
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong experience in center-based ABA
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
- Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, intake assessments, and patient assessments within a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and electronic medical records systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise clinical staff effectively while promoting teamwork.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with families, healthcare providers, educators, and team members.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
