Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing support to clients and their families. The BCBA will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor client progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide training and support.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to inform treatment strategies.
  • Provide guidance on behavior management techniques to staff and family members.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in behavioral health practices and interventions.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation processes.
  • Experience in conducting patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding medical records management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to develop tailored strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
