We are looking for full-time and/or part-time fully licensed BCBA/BCaBA in the state of Nevada for our Las Vegas office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:BCBA- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill-based assessments to identify client needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with measurable, data-driven goals.
- Implement and monitor treatment plans to ensure client progress toward skill acquisition and behavior reduction objectives.
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior therapists, and support staff.
- Train caregivers, educators, and staff to promote generalization of skills and consistency of intervention strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior and skill acquisition data to inform treatment decisions.
- Document all services, progress reports, and treatment updates in accordance with funding source, organizational, and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client success across environments.
- Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, ensuring the dignity, rights, and confidentiality of all clients.
- Stay current with research and best practices in behavior analysis to ensure effective and ethical service delivery.
- Provide crisis intervention, support, and de-escalation strategies when necessary.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities
BCaBA
- Assist the supervising BCBA with conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized treatment plans (ITPs) as designed by the BCBA.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze data to evaluate client progress and program effectiveness.
- Provide direct behavior-analytic services to clients in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
- Train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), paraprofessionals, and caregivers in treatment procedures.
- Monitor fidelity of intervention implementation and provide feedback to staff and caregivers.
- Prepare treatment summaries and progress notes under the direction of the supervising BCBA.
- Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency of care.
- Uphold the BACB Ethics Code and maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Participate in supervision meetings with the BCBA as required to ensure compliance with certification standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices in behavior analysis.
