Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team. Based at our campus in <LOCATION>, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based behavioral interventions that support children’s developmental and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to track progress and guide treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistent and effective support.
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing guidance on behavioral strategies to staff and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and privacy standards.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging research in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Advocate for inclusive, supportive educational environments for children with diverse learning needs.
  • Travel as needed to outpatient homes, community settings, and school environments.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Medicaid Provider ID (preferred)
  • Credentialing with additional insurance providers strongly encouraged
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
  • Solid understanding of ABA principles and ethical practice
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Passion for inclusion, advocacy, and child-centered care
