Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time Hybrid

Location: Hybrid (In-Person & Remote) – Georgia

Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $70–$90 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a part-time hybrid role. This position combines in-person services with remote flexibility, allowing you to deliver high-quality ABA services while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians

• Provide parent/caregiver training and support

• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active state licensure (if applicable)

• Experience working with children with autism and related disorders

• Strong communication and organizational skills
