Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' behavioral needs and challenges.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.

Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor their effectiveness through data collection and analysis.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive care.

Provide training and support to staff on behavioral health practices and interventions.

Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Conduct regular patient assessments to evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices in your work.
Qualifications

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field

Knowledge of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Experience with functional behavioral assessment and behavior intervention plan development and implementation

Experience working with children with special needs and understanding of IDEA and relevant state laws and regulations.

Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
