About Us

La Belle Vie Cosmetic Surgery Center is a long-standing cosmetic surgery practice with a licensed on-site surgery center. We are nationally recognized for cosmetic breast surgery, liposuction, and chest reconstruction and other gender-affirming procedures, combining advanced surgical technique with patient-centered care.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Cosmetic or Plastic Surgeon with proven expertise in:
- Liposuction and advanced body contouring
- Gender-affirming chest surgery (top surgery)
- Complementary chest and body procedures

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of post-training surgical experience, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in outcomes and patient care.

Responsibilities

- Perform liposuction, gender-affirming top surgery, and related body contouring with consistent quality and safety.
- Provide comprehensive patient consultations and trauma-informed perioperative care.
- Collaborate with a supportive team on care pathways, outcomes review, and surgical refinements.
- Contribute to practice growth through professional development and educational initiatives.

Qualifications

- Board certification in Plastic Surgery (ABPS) or Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS).
- Documented surgical experience in liposuction and gender-affirming procedures.
- Eligible for unrestricted Washington State medical license and DEA registration.
- Excellent patient communication and dedication to inclusive care.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: $300,000 – $450,000 annually
- Total compensation potential: $600,000 – $850,000+ annually (base + productivity/collections)
