Compensation

Production-based · 40% of collections

Part-time estimated

• $80K–$110K
• ~15 pts/day · 3 days/week
• Full-time potential. $150K–$190K. As panel grows to capacity

Compensation grows directly with your patient panel. No cap. Estimates based on blended payer mix at current collection rates.

About the practice

The Colorado Center for Lifestyle Medicine is an integrative family medicine clinic blending evidence-based primary care with lifestyle, functional, and mind-body medicine. We see patients ages 2+ for preventive care, chronic disease management, gut health, DOT physicals, and more. Our providers truly know their patients — and we keep it that way intentionally.

The role

Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as your patient base grows. You will serve as a primary care provider delivering integrative, root-cause-focused care to a diverse mountain community. This is not a high-volume, revolving-door clinic — it's a place to practice thoughtfully.

Requirements

• Active FNP or APRN license in Colorado (or eligibility)
• FNP certification (FNP-C, FNP-BC, or equivalent)
• Active DEA registration and full prescriptive authority Required
• BLS certification
• Experience or strong interest in lifestyle, functional, or integrative medicine
• Full scope family practice — comfortable seeing patients ages 2+
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Cultural competence and a patient-centered approach
