  • Develop and oversee individualized, proactive care plans
  • Conduct daily patient rounds with NP assistance for documentation and coordination
  • Partner with specialists and primary care teams to align treatment goals
  • Guide patients and families through advanced care planning and decision-making
  • Ensure smooth transitions of care, especially during hospital discharges
  • Accurately document care in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Qualifications

  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Palliative Care
  • Active medical license in Washington, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Current DEA license
  • Experience in LTAC or acute care settings preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Why Join Us?

  • Autonomy & Flexibility: Set your own schedule and manage your practice at your own pace
  • Team-Based Support: Collaborate closely with a dedicated NP and benefit from full administrative assistance
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible environment designed for sustainable clinical practice
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a multidisciplinary team delivering meaningful, high-impact care
  • Career Growth: Access ongoing education, mentorship, and palliative care training
  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary with a comprehensive health and retirement benefits package

What We Offer

  • Flexible scheduling to fit your practice style
  • NP partnership for improved efficiency and coordination
  • Strong administrative infrastructure to reduce non-clinical workload
  • Continued professional development and advancement opportunities
  • Generous compensation and full benefits
