Genius Visionary Inc. is proud to introduceLaunchpad, our flagship platform designed to help international enterprises establish, scale, and invest in the United States. As part of this bold initiative, we seek exceptional individuals to serve on the Board of Directors—leaders with distinguished experience and a strong pedigree in global trade, international finance, and economic development.

This advisory board will play a critical role in guiding Genius Launchpad's strategic direction and serving as ambassadors of our mission to empower cross-border business acceleration.

Ideal Board Candidate Backgrounds Include:

• Former Global CEOs and Chairpersons of multinational companies.
• Trade and economic diplomats from institutions such as the IMF, UN, World Bank, or World Trade Center Association.
• International Capital Advisors and cross-border investment professionals.
• Veterans in import/export operations, logistics, and foreign trade compliance.
• Senior executives from international development agencies or multilateral partnerships.
• Retired or semi-retired professionals seeking to contribute industry knowledge and global insights to a purpose-driven initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level strategic counsel and governance oversight to the Genius Launchpad program.
• Leverage networks to support global expansion, partnership development, and market access.
• Advise on compliance, cross-border operations, and investment-readiness frameworks.
• Participate in quarterly virtual board meetings and contribute to annual review processes.
• Champion the mission and elevate visibility with governments, trade agencies, and investor communities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 25+ years of experience in international business, public-private partnerships, or high-level diplomacy.
• Prior board or advisory committee experience with global firms or development initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. market entry strategies, international investment trends, or bilateral trade policy.
• Proven ability to connect stakeholders across continents and sectors.

Term & Commitment:

• Advisory term: 2 years (renewable)
• Commitment: Approximately 4–6 hours per quarter (including board meetings, special advisory sessions, and event representation)
