We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations and help keep our office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys being the go-to person for coordination, communication, and problem-solving.

- Must be proficient in Kennel Connection or similar CRM's, but willing to train the right candidate
Minimum job responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule client appointments, meetings, and maintain company calendars
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ability to safely chauffeur our clients' dogs to or from their rooms in all-weather
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Minimum availability required:
- 8:00-5:00 5 days a week
- 40 hours/week M-F with some holidays and weekends possible
- Starting wage is $16.50/ hour with minimal experience
Pay will commiserate with experience
