JOB SUMMARY:
Join the crew aboard the La Crosse Queen and help create memorable experiences on the Mississippi River. In this seasonal role, you will provide exceptional hospitality through food and beverage service, bartending, guest engagement, and onboard support during sightseeing and dining cruises.
This position plays a vital role in guest satisfaction by ensuring passengers feel welcomed, cared for, and entertained throughout their cruise experience. Responsibilities include serving beverages, preparing cocktails and drinks, assisting with food service, maintaining clean guest areas, and helping create a fun and enjoyable onboard atmosphere.
Team members may also have the opportunity to train as a First Mate, which includes additional docking and line-handling responsibilities.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work is performed while standing, sitting, or walking with occasional bending, reaching, and the lifting and occasional carrying of boxes weighing up to 25lbs. Work is performed in an adequately ventilated and lighted boat. This position is both an indoor and outdoor job with occasional exposure to a variety of other tasks that include outdoor conditions and exposure to weather.
