Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our brand's growth. Duties
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement across multiple channels.
- Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and foster community engagement.
- Lead content marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality copywriting that resonates with target audiences.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, enhancing advertising sales effectiveness.
- Manage the budget for all marketing activities while ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns.
- Supervise the use of marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with product management teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
- Oversee e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales performance.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for the creation of compelling visual content for various campaigns.
- Implement email marketing campaigns that effectively nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Manage print advertising efforts to complement digital strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in a marketing role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates.
- Experience in performance marketing with a focus on analytics-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability in managing budgets effectively while achieving desired outcomes.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong copywriting skills with experience in creating persuasive content across various formats.
- Proficiency in HTML is a plus for managing web content effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
