Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of boats, including washing, buffing, polishing, and waxing to restore their shine and appearance
• Conduct interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, window washing, and sanitizing cabins and decks
• Apply protective coatings like wax or sealants to enhance durability and appearance of boat surfaces
• Assist with minor cosmetic repairs such as buffing scratches or blemishes on gel coats and hulls
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, supplies, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during all detailing activities
• Support customer service efforts by addressing client questions about boat care or detailing processes with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Drive boats or company vehicles as needed for transportation or delivery purposes

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service or janitorial work is highly valued for understanding client needs and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Hands-on experience with car wash, detailing, buffing, or custodial tasks demonstrates your ability to handle boat cleaning responsibilities effectively
• Knowledge of window tinting or similar cosmetic enhancements is a plus but not required
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record is necessary for operating company vehicles or transporting boats
• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles provides a strong foundation for maintaining cleanliness in marine environments
