The Role

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to work as a Boat Lift Technician and Marine Dock Worker. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, using tools, and being on, around , or in the water. No two days are the same—this role combines mechanical work with dock construction and waterfront projects.

What You’ll Do

• Install and repair boat lifts and dock systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Assist with dock construction, repairs, and seawall work
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Work on docks, over water, and from boats when needed
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Communicate with team members and customers as needed

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying conditions
• Basic mechanical aptitude or construction experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with boat lifts, docks, or marine construction
• Electrical, motor repair, or wiring experience
• Carpentry, welding, or fabrication skills
• Experience operating boats or working on the water
