Job Description

As a Boat Rental Staff member, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their on-water boat rental experience. You will welcome customers, assist with the check-out and check-in process, explain how to safely operate a boat, and provide important information on navigating the lake. Your goal is to ensure every guest feels confident, informed, and excited to enjoy their time on the water.

When not assisting with morning and afternoon rental check-outs and returns, you will help operate the gas dock by pumping fuel for customers and helping clean rental or customer owned boats. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented waterfront environment. It is summer job that runs May to August. Must be 18 years or older.
