Boat Sales-Lead Generators

Duties

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and follow up on inbound inquiries
• Engage potential customers through warm calling and telemarketing strategies
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines
• Develop relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and customer service skills
• Qualify leads based on customer needs and coordinate with the sales team for further engagement
• Support marketing initiatives by reaching out to targeted audiences and promoting boat products and services
• Assist in business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building a robust client base
• Negotiate terms with potential clients to facilitate sales conversions while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction

Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales preferred
• Strong background in telemarketing, outbound calling, or warm calling techniques
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, business development, and customer service excellence
• Bilingual Speaking English and Spanish a huge Plus
• Prior experience in marketing or technical sales related to marine or recreational products is a plus
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate persistence, and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $4,000.00 per month
