Job Description:

• Oversee all daily kayak rental operations, ensuring smooth workflows, timely customer service, and adherence to established procedures.
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate boating staff to maintain optimal performance, professionalism, and safety awareness.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-use inspections of kayaks, paddles, safety gear, and docking areas to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance.
• Manage customer interactions, including reservations, inquiries, orientations, and support, while maintaining a high-quality service environment.
• Continuously monitor weather forecasts, tidal changes, and water conditions to make informed, safety-driven operational decisions.
• Enforce all safety protocols, provide mandatory safety briefings, and ensure customers understand proper equipment handling and emergency procedures.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date inventory records for all boating equipment, supplies, and assets to support efficient operations.
• Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external service providers to arrange timely repairs, replacements, and preventive upkeep.
• Oversee the completion, documentation, and secure storage of rental waivers, liability forms, and operational records in accordance with regulations.
• Monitor daily rental transactions, track revenue, analyze performance trends, and prepare comprehensive operational reports for management.
• Investigate, resolve, and document customer complaints or issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards and protect brand reputation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotions, community outreach, and service enhancements that increase visibility and rental activity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
