Now is the time to join the number one selling Toyota store in Western NY. Due to our continued expansion, growth and projected 2026 growth we need quality sales professionals. Bob Johnson Toyota has an immediate opening for a hard-working, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. This is a full-time position offering performance-based compensation in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

We provide industry-leading support and training to build a high-quality workforce while maintaining a professional and collaborative workplace culture.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Embrace and uphold the company’s core values: Teamwork, Integrity, Drive, and Personal Improvement
  • Prospect sales using the company owner base, social media outreach, and service drive customers
  • Handle incoming phone and internet leads professionally, persuasively, and promptly
  • Complete customer delivery and sales documentation accurately
  • Present vehicles, features, and technology confidently and effectively
  • Be comfortable presenting and negotiating sales terms
  • Obtain all required customer and vehicle information, including trade payoffs
  • Work within the dealership’s established sales process
  • Obtain titles and lien releases from customers and financial institutions as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Ability to multitask and perform job duties without direct supervision

Valid New York State driver’s license

Team Player with positive attitude
