Job Description

Tin Drum Asian Kitchen in Cumming, GA is hiring a Boba Bar Team Member to prepare our signature boba drinks and assist the Front of House team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with beverages, has strong attention to detail, and loves interacting with guests.

Our Boba Team Members ensure every drink is made with consistency, quality, and speed—while providing an upbeat, welcoming experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boba teas, specialty drinks, and toppings according to Tin Drum recipes
• Cook, portion, and maintain fresh boba throughout the shift
• Keep the boba station fully stocked, clean, and organized
• Take guest drink orders accurately and answer menu questions
• Maintain high standards of drink presentation and quality
• Support FOH operations when needed (running orders, expo, packaging, etc.)
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Provide friendly, fast customer service at all times

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage, smoothie, barista, or boba prep preferred (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, positive, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Dependable and punctual
• Willing to learn and follow Tin Drum drink procedures
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
