Boba Barista

We are seeking morning availability 10:00am to 3:00pm at this time. Weekend shifts will be expected.

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Boba Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for boba tea and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience from Happy Lemon preferred.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS system for processing transactions and managing customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
• Monitor inventory levels of tea, toppings, supplies, and food items; assist with restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing sales.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• A passion for boba and eagerness to learn about different brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
