Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, utilizing knowledge of ingredients, recipes, and food safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently to process transactions accurately
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and retail math to ensure precise sales recording and register balancing
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
• Follow food safety protocols during food handling and preparation to ensure health standards are met
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, topping drinks, and serving snacks or light foods

Experience

• Previous barista experience in a café or food service environment is preferred
• Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and serving beverages in a fast-paced setting
• Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy
