Bearology is a vibrant boba bar that offers a unique experience through our delicious boba style drinks! Responsibilities

As a staff member here, you will be trained on all the stations such as

1. Hosting/Server

2. Bar (drink making)

Some other major responsibilities will be:

• Maintain the lounge ambiance by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere standards
• Offer menu recommendations, take orders, and liaise with your teammates to ensure timely delivery.
• Anticipate needs and go the extra mile to elevate the experience
• Manage guest flow, seating, and wait times while keeping everyone happy and informed.
• Answer questions, solve problems, and offer support via phone, or in-person (depending on the role).
• Collaborate with your teammates to keep things running smoothly and support each other
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including food preparation stations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain food safety standards during food handling and preparation.

Requirements

1. Must be 18 years of age or older

2. Must be willing to work late nights (11pm) and weekends (11pm)

3. Must have Food Handlers Certification

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
