Position Summary : The Boba Barista is responsible for providing friendly, efficient service while preparing high-quality drinks and maintaining a clean, organized store. This role works in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) and must successfully complete the company’s full training program and pass a training performance review to remain in the position.
