Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems such to process transactions smoothly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and serving areas
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to boost sales
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end
• Ensure proper food handling and serving procedures are followed according to health regulations
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout shifts

Requirements

• Previous barista or café experience is highly preferred, especially with coffee and bubble tea preparation
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations
• Experience in food service or retail environments within the food industry is advantageous
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced setting
