Location: San Diego, CA

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Pay: $17.25–$19.00/hr (DOE) + Tips

We are a growing boba tea café focused on fresh ingredients, excellent customer service, and a fun, welcoming environment. We’re looking for energetic, reliable team members who love boba, enjoy working with people, and want to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks, smoothies, teas, and specialty boba beverages
• Cook boba pearls and prep fresh ingredients
• Take orders and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, prep stations, and dining area
• Provide friendly, fast, and consistent customer service
• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Food handler’s card (or willing to obtain)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous barista or boba shop experience
• Experience with POS systems
• Interest in learning drink recipes and new skills
