Boba Barista $17.87/hr plus tips (avg $2-4/hr addl.)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Boba Barista. As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious and aesthetically pleasing beverages in an arcade setting.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea drinks with precision and efficiency
- Prepare food orders following recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and offering recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boba station, café area, and bathrooms
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills
- Experience in the boba café or food industry is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Competence in operating a cash register
- Understanding of food safety practices in a service setting
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude
- Must be able to lift/carry items up to 40lbs
- Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time
