About GUIJI Tea

We’re GUIJI Tea, a Taiwanese fruit tea brand that started in 2017 with a simple idea “Dream Big, Live Fresh”.

We believe that every cup of tea represents a genuine and heartwarming moment in life. Thus, every drink we make is about creating something fresh, real, and meaningful.

Now we’re bringing that spirit to our first U.S. flagship store in San Gabriel, and we’re looking for friendly, hard-working baristas to join our opening team!

What You’ll Do

· Welcome customers and make them feel at home

· Craft fruit teas, milk teas, and boba drinks with care

· Cook and prep toppings (we’ll teach you everything!)

· Handle orders and payments accurately

· Keep things clean, stocked, and organized

· Work together with your teammates to keep the flow smooth

Who You Are

· Friendly, reliable, and love working with people

· Can handle a fast-paced environment and multitask

· Speak English clearly (bonus if you know Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese or Korean!)

· Available evenings and weekends

Extra points if you have

· Boba or café experience

· Food Handler’s Certificate

· Experience with POS systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
