Boba Barista/Cashier

CHATIME is looking for some new members to join our boba tea family. We are an energetic professional group that lives on teamwork. we are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Cashier/Barista to join our team.

Job description:

As a Cashier/Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, preparing and serving drinks, and handling cash transactions. Your duties will include, but not limited to :
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea following company recipes and standards.
- Take customer orders and process payments using cash registers or Aloha POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow.

```Qualifications:```

- Must be 17 years or older, Must love bubble tea!!
- Previous experience in the food service industry or as a barista is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Benefits:

- Compensation is 8$- 10$/hour depending on experience, minimum 20 hours available per week
