Boba Barista/Cashier

We are looking for a motivated boba barista to join our fun shop in Bonita Springs. Duties include greeting and providing exceptional service to all customers, making drinks and a few other offerings, keeping stations clean and organized and just helping each other out when needed. The ideal candidate should have some experience in customer service in a similar field, excellent references and an overall happy and positive disposition. If you have previous experience in working at a coffee shop, boba shop or similar fast paced environment especially, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming every customer in, taking orders and answering customer questions, making boba drinks, cleaning work stations and seating areas as needed, opening and/or closing duties, helping keep everything needed in stock and organized in storage room.

Requirements:

-Must be over 18 years of age.

-A proven track record of being a standout employee and/or leader amongst your peers.

-Ability to taste test fruit teas, dairy and non-dairy drinks.

-Available at least 1 weekend day and 2-3 weekdays (bonus points if you are open for all Saturdays in October especially)

-Self starter, not easily distracted from job responsibilities, reliable, punctual.

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
