BOBA BARISTA/CASHIER @ PIER PARK

Looking for fast learners, people-persons & friendly faces! We are currently hiring for a few open, part time positions. 18 years old and up.

Our part timers work between 16-24 hours per week (or more if you'd like), including weekends & holidays - which are rotating. We are super flexible but If you go away or leave town for every holiday or extended break please don't apply.

You’d make a great JUJU barista if you:

• Consider yourself a “people person,” confident, outgoing & enjoy meeting others.
• Be able to lift 40 lbs, jugs of tea are heavy.
• Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate.
• Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
• Are open to learning new things (especially the latest beverage recipe!)
• Are comfortable with responsibilities like cash-handling and store safety.
• Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
• Can maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Have excellent communications skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES: All responsibilities are shared, taking orders, working the register, making drinks & snack items, Clean-up, opening, closing & restocking!

REQUIREMENTS: foodservice or customer service experience is great. Friendly personality is a MUST-HAVE, along with an actual desire to work. You must be able to clearly communicate with customers and make every interaction count, while providing great customer service with a smile on your face. All employees are required to be clean, tidy, well groomed & presentable when at work. ** THIS JOB POSTING IS FOR JUJU BOBA TANGER OUTLETS. **

Total pay consists of base pay ($14 per hour), plus card tips & cash tips, averaging between $15.50-$17.00+ per hour, more during peak times & holidays. Pay is weekly, training 2 weeks long, paid.
