Responsibilities

As a staff member here, you will be trained on the following:

1. Hosting/Server

2. Bar (drink making)

3. Hookah

4. Customer Service

5. Pop up experience task/ work

Daily responsibilities:

• Maintain the lounge cleanliness, organization and standard cleaning task
• Take orders, Menu recommendations, restocking, and drink making
• Opening and closing procedures
• Manage guest flow, seating, and wait times
• Answer questions, solve problems, and offer support via phone, or in-person
• Collaborate with your teammates to keep things running smoothly and support each other
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the Bar and Kitchen area
• Ensuring the drinks and food quality is up to standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain food safety standards during food handling and preparation.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must be willing to work shifts starting at 10am-4pm or 4pm- 11:30pm

Must be willing to have some weekdays and weekends is mandatory

Must have Food Handlers Certification before starting work

Must have RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification before starting work

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
