Position Overview
We are looking for friendly, detail-oriented Boba Tea Baristas to join our team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality drinks with speed and accuracy while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Baristas also assist customers throughout the store and occasionally support our arcade area by helping guests and restocking machines.

Key Responsibilities

Drink Preparation & Quality

• Prepare boba tea, specialty drinks, and other menu items accurately according to established recipes
• Maintain consistent drink quality, flavor, and presentation standards
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail

Food Safety & Preparation

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols
• Prepare ingredients and food items according to kitchen procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout shifts

Customer Experience

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations
• Ensure every guest receives a high-quality product and positive experience

Store Operations

• Assist with opening and closing procedures including cleaning, stocking, and setup
• Maintain inventory levels for drink ingredients and supplies
• Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly

Arcade Support

• Assist guests in the arcade space when needed
• Restock arcade machines and ensure the area remains clean and functional
• Provide excellent customer service across both areas of the business

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous food service or barista experience is a plus
