Job Summary
Join our bubble tea and ice cream shop team as a Boba Tea Barista, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable beverage experiences for our guests. In this energetic role, you will craft delicious bubble teas and specialty drinks, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, specialty coffees, and beverages with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling, preparation, and serving areas
• Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance

Skills

• Experience working as a barista or in the food service industry with a focus on café or retail environments
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food preparation techniques, and serving best practices
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and inventory management
• Prior experience in the food industry or retail math is highly desirable
